Bradson pays all consultants on an hourly basis. This means you get paid for every hour your work. What that rate is depends on your skills, experience, length of project, and most important, what our client has budgeted for a particular project. For candidates interviewing for direct hire opportunities with our clients, the salary ranges are set by the prospective employer.
